In 2021 we purchased our house in South West London. It was in a complete state of disrepair and needed the full works, top to bottom renovation. We sought quotes from several builders, but Nick and Young's Renovations stood out. From the initial consultation Nick was our point of contact throughout the build, everyone was professional and friendly. CASE STUDIES
LOFT CONVERSION & EXTENSION
Location: Croydon
Full house remodel and structural reconfiguration installing multiple steels, new floors and internal studwork. We added a dormer to create a spacious ensuite master bedroom in the loft space. A single storey rear extension was also added to create additional living space and kitchen. All new windows and doors throughout.
EXTENSION & KITCHEN
Location: Tooting
The clients instructed us to renovate a Victorian terraced property. We knocked through the old kitchen and rear bathroom, installing a steel to support the upper floor, then added a further 3 meter extension with a stunning roof lantern above the new kitchen, letting in plenty of natural light. We also relocated the ground floor bathroom to the first floor by removing a wall dividing two of the bedrooms. The property was then fully decorated throughout.
